Refund Policy
In as much as DreamSpire Publications & DreamSpire TV are service based with variable production times all sales are final within 3 days of purchase.

Advertising credits are available within the 120 day period before production.
Breech of Service
DreamSpire reserves up to a 120 day window to schedule and perform services as relates to production of streaming television shows and magazine production.
​
If customer fails to submit requested information within set-time they are considered in breech of service and DreamSpire will have the right to terminate agreement.
​
If customer fails to give a 72 hour notice before deadline or scheduling of production agreement is considered breeched and no advertising credits will be given
